Founder & CEO

Amanda Ostrowitz is a regulatory attorney and entrepreneur specializing in Cannabis regulations and banking law. Prior to conceiving, developing and founding CannaRegs, Amanda worked as a bank examiner in the Denver branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Amanda is an east coast native who moved to Colorado in 2004 to attend Colorado College where she earned a B.A. in Economics. Amanda received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013. Amanda serves as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CannaRegs.

Bryna Dahlin, Esq.

Outside General Counsel

Bryna serves as a partner at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, Bryna counsels companies in established and emerging industries at all stages of development. The National Law Journal recognized Bryna as one of the top 40 Chicago attorneys under 40. Bryna Serves as CannaRegs’ outside general counsel and is a critical member of the leadership team.

Stacey Hart

Director of Operations

Stacey joined CannaRegs in late 2017 and serves as the Director of Operations. She brings more than 15 years of management experience to the role in addition to significant experience in the cannabis, accounting and compliance industries. Stacey manages internal and external communications, contract fulfillment, financials and strategic development for CannaRegs.

Rachel Ami

Director of Sales

As creative and innovative person, Rachel Ami has years of sales success and relationships  within the technology sector. She has sat on multiple boards, including  the Georgia Association of Women Attorneys. A proponent of holistic and natural health alternatives, she is excited to be part of the cannabis movement happening in the US. In her free, time Rachel likes to travel internationally and enjoys experiencing and learning about different cultures.

Jeff Asjes, Esq.

Director of Product

Jeffrey joined CannaRegs in 2019, and is responsible for managing all product design and software development at RegsTechnology. Prior to joining RegsTech, Jeffrey worked at Fastcase, where he led the development and launch of their revolutionary FC7 legal research platform. Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Jeffrey Asjes earned an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Dylan Sheji, ESQ.

Legal Team Manager

Dylan joined the CannaRegs team as a legal research analyst in 2017, and quickly emerged as a leader, earning the legal team manager position in 2018. He manages the team of legal research attorneys and analysts responsible for the content in the CannaRegs platform.
